DISPATCH TIMEFRAMES

Personalised orders will be dispatched 2-4 working days after being ordered.

Non-personalised orders will be dispatched 1-3 working days after being ordered.

SHIPPING INFO & TIMEFRAMES

Free non-tracked UK delivery is included on all orders with a value of £10 or more. Your order will either be shipped with Royal Mail or Evri. Please note on your order if you specifically do not wish for us to use a particular shipping company (we understand that some customers have experienced delivery issues in some areas!).

Non-tracked orders are expected to be delivered within 4 working days from the dispatch date, though please bear in mind that during busy periods (e.g. Christmas) or in adverse weather, both Royal Mail and Evri often experience delays which are unfortunately out of our control.

If you need your order quickly, you can upgrade to tracked 48 or tracked 24 for an extra shipping fee.

LOCAL COLLECTION

Free local collection from Sophie is available from her studio, just outside of Ticehurst, East Sussex. If you select this option, please contact sophie@inkyacorndesigns.com to arrange collection and for her to share directions.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not ship to other countries outside of the UK; however, if you are located in a country outside of the UK and would like to know if we can ship to you and how much it will cost, please contact sophie@inkyacorndesigns.com and we can look into it for you.
