This intricate unframed map of Milan was illustrated by Sophie Hodges (Inky Acorn Designs) and is printed onto 190gsm cotton acid free fine art paper and signed by her. It comes in a biodegradable display bag with a greyboard backing board with a little info slip on Inky Acorn Designs in the back.
It makes a wonderful gift for anyone who has spent time in Milan and would like to display a bit of it's charm on their wall!
The places featured on the map include: the Duomo, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, Piccolo Teatro, Castello Sforzesco, Arco della Pace, Via Paolo Sarpi (Chinatown), Sant’Ambrogio, San Siro Stadium, Torre Velasca, Stazione Centrale amongst lots of colourful buildings, negroni, panzerotto, panini / paninio, wine, flowers, dogs, trams, vespas and bicycles. This map includes the names of lots of neighbourhoods in Milan, such as Porta Magenta, Chinatown, San Vittore, Porta Vittoria, Acquabella, Risorgimento, Turro, Biocca, Scalo Farini, Brera, Solari, Navigli amongst many others.
